Not good anymore

This website and app used to be convenient and useful but now it’s garbage. It should run ads and get paid that way, not demand an email to get two coins. It peetimes: 33 minutes Mike says “We didn’t stop it. It just bounced back” 54 minutes, Bill says “if we want this ritual or work, we have to remember” 1 hour, 44 minutes Bill it trying to catch the little boy “Hey kid”

MediaStinger is much better

MediaStinger does most of what this app does, and it’s completely free. It has none of the convoluted payment system that RunPee uses.

Server crashed due to endgame, give them a break!

The app is great and works as advertised. I’ve used it for years without issue and even paid for the infinity peecoin when they had to implement a pay model. The bad news is their server crashed under the load of Endgame and they are struggling to get back online. Cut them so slack and don’t drown them with bad reviews right now. They will get it fixed but it’s a one man shop and he needs some time. You can see the details on their website RunPee.com

For all that this app talks about how much it costs to run it, you’d think it would work. But it won’t let me register. It will however allow me to purchase coins.

App never syncs

So looking at all the awesome reviews you'd think this app was great. It's not. After installation you get this walkthrough and then a list of older movies you're supposed to be able to see for free. Well the app never syncs new movies nor does it display the peetimes for this list of free movies. It just shows a green spinning icon for the peetimes and the top of the movie list is the same without ever updating the list. I've tried both wifi (two different networks) and cellular as well as uninstalling and reinstalling. Using an XS Max with the latest iOS patches. Terrible.

The only way I can survive long movies

RunPee has been the miracle that lets me survive ultra long movies without choosing the exact wrong moment to run the bathroom. For more than seven years, I’ve been able to read synopses from the comfort of the toilet instead of cursing my small bladder and not knowing what’s up. You now need pee coins to read reviews, but you can always watch an ad in advance if you don’t want to buy them. It’s well worth it if you’d prefer not to soil yourself AND find out what happened while you were in the bathroom. 4/27/19 update: I was trying to get their advice on Endgame, but the demand took their servers down. If you go to their website, there’s information about that and the prognosis for getting back online as well as a suggested pee time. Please stop one-starring the dev because this was an unprecedented event for them and they’ve worked so dang hard all these years. (I work in game development and we’ve all been there.)
