Whats the point

Glad I downloaded this app just to see I needed to buy "peecoins" just to see movies currently in theaters. Why would anyone need the app for a movie not in theaters? I'd just paused the movie if I'm viewing at home. Also there are like 12 pages of directions on how to use the app when I first opened it. Felt like I was being asked to read a 70page terms of service agreement for an app I wanted to use just to see when I could run from the theater to the restroom. Anyways, movie is starting do imma delete the app real quick and airplane mode the cell ?

Not enough to have paid for the app when it was still premium, now I have to either watch ads or pay for an "infinity peecoin" to use what I already bought. This is unethical, and developers who do this should not be rewarded. It's Simply. Not. Done. by any reputable application. Reputable applications innovate new functionality and then charge for it as an upsell when they need more money. They might change the rules for new customers and charge them differently. But they don't take away what you already have and resell it to you, as if they never received payment from you. I get that the developer got in over their head and what they charged didn't do enough to offset their time. I respect that the revenue model had to change to mitigate that--but not for me. I paid for functionality offered for a one-time payment and expect to have it available as long as the app exists because that's what one-time payment means. And what happens when this model fails too--another infinity peecoin to buy? Perhaps more ads, or maybe I'll have to sign up for free trials or Venmo some cash straight to the developer. Or perhaps they'll ask for a "sign in" email address--to sell to spam lists. Please do not pay any money to this application, watch ads, or otherwise enrich these developers. Runpee deserves to fail out of existence, if only as an example of exactly how not to treat paying customers.

RunPee is a great app. Invaluable for movie watchers like me. I’ve been using for a few years first when it was completely free then using the ad sponsored method for peecoins. But now realize that the money they get from ads in NOTHING. I appreciate the developers being straight up explaining how much they make using each method and offering the ad sponsored method to experience the app. I’ve chosen to buy 10 peecoins at a time because it’ll give them the most to keep the app going long term. Keep up the good work folk.

This isn’t the type of app that should be monetized. It’s useless when free and should be taken off the App Store. Do not waste your time with this greedy trash software.

Okay. That is indeed, a very old reference, but I’m a very old person, who has been a pleased early adaptor. So, so clever an app! Informative in so many ways. And it’s a family operation which means it’s warm and relaxed, as well as approachable. NO ONE does this kind of thing, but THEY do, and it fills a need, if you know what I mean. Please try it, and talk to others about it. Then you will be able to act upon a peetime, and be joined by a half-dozen other savvy users, at whom you can wink as you head for the rest room...together! ...and I do recommend the Infinity PeeCoin. It supports a good cause, the app itself, and who wants ads anyway?

I love this app for the movie ratings and the pee timer. It tells you at which point in the opening titles to start your timer then reminds you when the pee windows are coming up. My whole family loves it. Highly recommend. Low ratings are from choosy beggars.

Was hoping for more.

Long movies no longer have intermissions so one would need an app to tell you when to take a pause. This app only helps if you need to pee while watching a movie at a theatre. It does what it says but the list of movies is too limited to what’s come on lately.
