Still syncing endomondo wrong

Once a week it's still syncing endomondo runs with the wrong mileage and/or GPS to Strava. Last review I wrote something similar just to have the author respond saying I should've emailed them before writing a bad review and rating. Maybe they should fix problems wherever they are submitted especially when it's a pay app. If they don't fix after my subscription runs out, I will NOT renew. ?

Forced me to buy the longest package

The app forced me to buy the year subscription when I only wanted the month. I thought i was selecting the month, that’s what it said, but it changed to the year; I see no place to restore my in-app purchase. One stars is the highest they deserve.

Great app to upload Runkeeper to Strava!

Seems like Runkeeper keeps changing their interface causing connection issues from RunGap, but these issues get fixed fairly quickly in rungap.

This app is awesome. It allows me to sync my workouts in RunKeeper with my training program in Final Surge. When RunKeeper stopped syncing a few weeks ago, I put in a help ticket. Kristian fixed the issue right away. When Final Surge had issues importing the workouts, he was there again to walk me through how to reset and resync the apps with RunGap and responded to each of my emails within hours. Very impressed!

Aug 20, 2020 I sure am grateful for your efforts to keep on top of Runkeeper’s shenanigans, but I have a feeling we may be coming to the end of the road and I need to find another tracker. Trouble is, I don’t really like any of the ones I’ve tried, and I’ve tried all the big-names and many others. Maybe you should make one! ;) Anyway, your app is still my very favorite and your hard work is very much appreciated. Aug 8, 2020 My favorite app. Absolutely perfect. Excellent support. Original: I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed this before! It is one of my very favorite apps. It does everything I want it to do, and does it very well. I’m quite happy to pay the very small Swag Bag fee periodically. Thank you for fixing the Runkeeper log in issue so quickly!

I used to really enjoy it but recently they are charging for exporting data just ridiculous I will leave the app as soon as possible I will not be forced to pay for my data to export it is my data not there’s Bye Bye

Bought the app to connect with RunKeeper and have found myself constantly reaching out to customer service (only via email) to inform them of the issue. Sometimes the issue is corrected for a brief period of time until it stops working soon again. The issue has become chronic and have come to consider the deletion of the app.
