App has stopped performing since the beginning of the year – RunGap - Workout Data Manager Review

Bought the app to connect with RunKeeper and have found myself constantly reaching out to customer service (only via email) to inform them of the issue. Sometimes the issue is corrected for a brief period of time until it stops working soon again. The issue has become chronic and have come to consider the deletion of the app.
