Good but expensive and difficult

The game is good. But, even in the cheapest table you spend 10 coins to win only 2. One needs to win 90% of the rounds in order to accumulate coins to be able to play in the more expensive rooms. The difficulty of the game is that the tiles are hard to stick to the place where you drop them. Often they move back to your racks. Another difficulty is the time you have to play your tiles. It is almost impossible to play more than 6 titles in the turn when you need to move them around. Good idea for a game. But, not well executed. Going to remove this app and play my other rummy games.

I haven’t been able to open the game in a few days...is it broken??? As of today (4/29) it’s still broken. Still broken as of today...5/6/18. What’s the deal? I have a ton of coins that I don’t want to lose. Will broken (6/2/16)

Terrible app!! Clumsy graphics and controls. Very little time to make your move and end up running out of time because the tiles won’t click in. All 5 star reviews have to be fake!! Oh and its not free for more than 2 games. Also you don’t get to pick your opponents. Absolutely terrible!!

There isn’t any way to earn extra coins :( You must pay to play bc you only get one free game a day. Needs more options before everyone deletes the app and plays elsewhere.

So 4 people play and hand over 10 coins each on basic level. The winner walks away with the 10 coins they put in and a whopping 2 more coins.... How do you expect people to keep playing if you don’t reward them for winning? They just want people dumping money in to buy more coins.... I’ve added a $1 so far but I won’t give anymore because I am not rewarded when I do win.

I like rummy games but I don’t understand a business model that builds a game and then basically doesn’t want people to play it. You get coins (18) to play one game a day unless you win. To buy coins is expensive and the model is built to deplete your coins unless you consistently win 80% of your matches. We have a term for people that can win 80% of their matches. They are called robots which anyone can add to the game. The robots are much faster than you and can make infinite moves during the 30 or 60 second clock so they tend to win a lot of the matches. The squares to move your tiles are very small (on an iPad) which can be frustrating when you are trying to beat said clock. It’s like the company building this game think they are the only company that has a rummy game on the App Store. Stupid company. Well off to play rummy with my new app I downloaded. The game is well put together otherwise and does offer a good experience but I want to play more without having to shell out $20 every month. I hope they are making money on this but I am glad it’s not coming from me any longer.

I BELIEVED IN YOUR GAME N THE DEVELOPERS RIGHT NOW I WAS WRONG TO THINK THIS WAY I DID LIKE YOUR GAME N I TURN MANY FRIENDS N Family on to it Now I am thinking maybe this was not the right thing to do Last week becouse of the biggest “bug” that still has not been fixed is still out there I Lost 4323 Coins and I fell back 21 levels Let me said The same thing happened to me when I first started to play a year n a half ago It took many e mails before it was fixed. Now I have sent 5 emails as of today trying to get a reply that someone will take care of this This also takes up a lot of my time which I do have other things to do Here I am again with the same problem n the same requesting I WANT MY MONEY BACK IN THE IN FORM OF COINS I am sure the developers have a way to check if what I am saying is true The night I lost my coins n levels the game was not working properly I have paid for 95% of the coins NOW this is a money problem No one wants to lose money especially if u did not have any intention to do so I am sure I am not the only person who had trouble that night I find no reply a very poor way of doing business When a company cannot send out an email acknowledging the receipt of a request I would think u would want to keep the players happy You cannot just develop the game, get players n not work on a big problem like this If all is returned I will write a revision To end this I cannot believe that u will allow me to feel like I was robbed Thank you n enjoy your day addressing this problem Deborah DeFranco Festa
