I had an issue with the game and lost a bunch of coins i had purchased through a glitch in the game. I emailed them and they responded the same day restoring my lost coins and looking into the technical glitch. Now that’s good customer support! Thanks, RummyWorld!

I love the game but getting only 2 coins on a win is ridiculous. Buying the coins is way too expensive. There are players that don’t understand where to put their tiles. Putting them wherever they want on the board is distracting. The board should be color-coded with 2 rows of each color for clarity.

I can understand the game companies has to make money to survive, but this game is all about money ... similar games are giving you options to make coins this game is giving you very little chance for that and when you make enough coins to play then you are facing with stupid players who are leaving the game in the middle of the game or you are playing with someone who doesn’t have a clue about the game therefore he or she is playing very slow when you leave the game you loose your coins ...another bad thing about the game is ; there isn’t an option for messaging or blocking the people while playing, some people are playing so slow on purpose to make you crazy ...
Get rid of the play with friends count down

Get rid of the play with friends countdown instead make it so you can invite your friends and once they are in the room, the host starts the game. Make the game even $5 and let the host make private rooms and set the rules.

Fun game but quit making it all about making money and buying coins. 10 coins to play and you win 2? Ridiculous

If you love playing rummy... this is the game for you! Very fun, follows all rules, you play against many different ppl all over the world. Many different types of games from classic to one on one. My only peeve... it won’t allow you to change your profile name once you set it. I login thru Facebook and it still links my old married name from 2011. Wish it would update it or allow a change. But that it... the rest totally positive!
Can’t use boosts.

Fun game but the boosts awarded to you are impossible to use. Instead, you are asked to send free boosts through facebook. Its frustrating because you cant earn extra coins and the cost to play vs win reward is kind of steep and not very lucrative. If you lose one game you have to win 5 games to make back the ten coins you lost. Without the boosts, you will loose all of your money quite quickly.

This is a fun additive game, but it hasn’t been working right for about two weeks. It stops in the middle of playing, skipping over when it’s your turn, or when it is your turn it starts in the middle. It consistently is reloading then you lose your coins. I’ve emailed support twice and they apologize and give me extra coins but do not address the issue. I will not pay another penny until they fix what ever the problem is. Otherwise when working it is a fun game.
