New features are great

Dude, my car?

The biker bar finder gave me some new places to go.

Does not work with brand new 2018 or newer VIN

njfenceman

I tried submitting my VIN for a 2018 motorcycle and it says OOPS! Looks like we couldn’t decode the VIN you entered. Please check your VIN and make sure that it was entered correctly. I called customer service and they told me to try on a computer and through Firefox browser. I downloaded Firefox, tried still not recognized. I also tried through their own app available through the App Store, still nothing.

FXR is mine now !!!

19SuperGlide91

I picked up a ‘91 FXR Super Glide for extremely cheap. At least 2 grand under what you could buy one for on Craigslist. Clean title and strong runner. These guys were super helpful and professional. Pain free process. Highly recommended

Fast service

todlay

I didn’t use the app but did sell my bike to them and it was fast and easy, definitely going to use them when I buy my next one

No

Pacifist4life

I was optimistic going into it, they low balled me. Offered less than half of kbb value. That was pretty disappointing. Would not suggest to anyone.

A fair deal?

blanket54

Not what I expected. KBB showed me true value and this company offered half of my bikes worth. Not worth my time!

Crashes: Update Needed

Yea_Okay

I believe this app has great potential but it crashes every time I try to use it on my iPhone 6. I’m using iOS 12.1 and still experience crashes.Am I the only one that has this problem?

They’ve got the lowest balls of them all

Zaiquiri72

If you’ve ever shopped around a used bike for possible sale or trade to local dealers, you probably know it’s typical for them to open with a lowball offer (relative to listed KBB/Nada trade-in value), just to see if you’ll bite, particularly in the case of bikes that have lots of add-ons and farkles. Thought I would try Rumble-On since they promote that they price fairly. The Rumble-On offer was less than half what my local dealers are offering. No joke. As always YMMV so it might not hurt to try it and see if you have a different experience than I did, but for me personally, this company and their app were a complete waste of time.

Offer $2500 below lowest NADA or KBB value

Game man gold

2015 Concours 14, lowest value on NADA or KBB was $8800. RumbleOn offer was $6400. If my bike had high miles or had damage maybe I could understand their lowball offer. It has no damage, no damage history and has been adult ridden and dealer maintained for 3 years. Took it to my local dealer and received $9900 cash same day. You can do much better than RumbleOn. Only reason to use them is if you’re desperate, and even then, you’ll likely get more by listing on Craigslist.

Worst, ridiculously unrealistic offer ever !!!!!!do not waste your time

Frankie4686

I was offered $2000 for a 2013 Kawasaki 650R abs in perfect condition with low miles. I sold the bike double the price on Craigslist the next day . I even stopped at a motorcycle dealership before the sale and they would have given me 3400 (which was excepted from a dealer because they obviously have to resell for a profit). Even the normal Craigslist “lowballer” was over 3000 which is $1000 over what I was offered by this ridiculous app. Unless you have a drug problem and need quick cash or your bike is actually messed up I don’t understand why you would ever deal with this company. Rick from the pawn stars show will give you a better offer.
