Does any one work there

P_pod90

Why is it so difficult to physically speak with someone. I’ve called numerous times and left numerous voicemails with my call back number as vocally clear as possible. I’ve sent emails with no response. I’m selling my bike else where.

Horrible offers

william17500008

They were only wanting to give me 2000 for a Honda rebel with only 67 miles on it and no damage. That’s just garbage.

Low ballers

Zoioo

In all others websites my car is worth 5k. But for this low baller is worth 2.5k. Waste of time. (And it took more than 12 hours to receive the 15 minutes offer).

Convenient but not most economical

moklok

Was offered far below Book value and they tried to maintain that Book value was worthless and that it was a fair offer. They finally admitted it was low, but explained that this was due to the costs inherent with their business model (e.g, transport). Hopefully they’ll be able to refine their business model as time goes on and offer fair prices. Until then, will buy/sell elsewhere.

Good, but needs some work

Its close but far as an app. Sorting by price is a little buggy, for some reason the first 15 or so bikes are out of order. As in, it starts at ~$3.5K and goes up before actually being in order starting at the $2.7K bikes. After that it seems to be fine. There’s no way to sort out bikes that are held by another person, so you have to sift through them. Rumble as a service feels new, because it is. A lot of bikes don’t have pictures and very few have descriptions, you kind of have to rely on their 90 day warranty or wait for pictures, hoping someone else doesn’t scoop up the bike before you it seems.

Not realistic offers

Taylorjm84

Was offered at least 10-12,000 less than what someone would even consider a low ball offer for my bike , figured this would be a joke and it is

What a joke

Do you want to give your bike away? Sure we all do. Offers are way below fair market value, and they don’t respond to emails.

Awful

ducrider1887

I’m so offended at what I got offered for my Ducati (which is flawless) that I am trying to rally people together to boycott this app/company. A pawn shop will probably give you more money.

Very Happy!!

Bought a sportster 48, the whole process was a breeze. Absolutely fantastic company and process. Would definitely recommend for buying from them.

Really fast easy process

I had a 2016 Kawasaki Versys, had to sell it, tried but couldn’t because some places still had new ones cheaper than what I paid. I used Rumble On’s system and I thought, oh well, maybe I’ll hear from them tomorrow. Their cash offer came back in less than an hour, and it was fair and was the only real offer I had, so needless to say, I’m happy to get a solid market value for it. Highly recommend.
