I have used this app for every sporting event purchase since I heard of it. It is so easy and the view of the seats show me exactly what I'm getting. Costumer service has always been outstanding I would not use any other app out there.

With the update I can't look up concerts. Every time I tap on concerts it brings me back to the home screen

I ordered fifth harmony tickets on here for the floor and they sent me lawn tickets and when I called the guy I spoke to his name was Dylan and he said they were on floor but then I called to make sure again cause I thought it was weird and he said they messed up and they are on lawn and they said they were going to refund my money because I returned the tickets and I never got my refund and when I called to see if I was going to get my refund he said I couldn't get my refund and I couldn't return the tickets I can keep them or try selling them!!! Worst experience please do buy from here all the people that gave this a 4 or 5 are lying cause this is the worst company it's a scam !!

Most of the other reviews are faked by the company itself, don't trust them! The trick that they have played is disgusting. During the checkout process there is a checkbox said 10% discount for this order, what they didn't tell you is that by checking that box you are subscribed to a 12 month long, $9.99 per month program and you can't cancel the subscription anytime you want. There is no notification or confirmation about this subscription and you could only be able to notice this by checking your credit card transaction history. Scam website for sure, don't use it if you want to avoid yourself some trouble!

I'm going to be honest and admit I was super skeptical of using this app after reading all the bad reviews but I have had nothing but a very pleasant experience with them! We usually use seatgeek but I found their prices significantly cheaper after seeing them on the AppStore so we decided to try them out. We got our tickets almost 2 weeks early! I was worried we wouldn't receive them (we paid over $500 for them) because I had never used this app before but customer service always reassured me they guaranteed to deliver before the event time and would ship to wherever I was! They were great and were always available and answered my questions no matter how silly. I highly recommend. Will definitely use again! Thank you so much!

Buying tickets from a third party always makes me skeptical, but Rukkus treats its customers with respect and honesty. I struggled with finding tickets to a sold out show and the Rukkus team helped me and even honored my 5% discount that wasn't added in my cart when I checked out. The bottom line is if you're going to go third party for ticket buying, use a company that wants to help you get your tickets at a great price!!!
