I think the books are a tad on the expensive side ( the bundle is definitely the best deal) and it isn't always easy to tap on the word. Most of the time the story is read a second time before the word can be correctly tapped. Anyway my kid hasn't read these books in a while and tried again tonight. I had to restore my purchases, but the read to me feature isn't working properly. The words were highlighted, but I had to do all the reading because the app didn't. Fortunately all the other sound features worked.

I cant access anything that ive bought. and ive bought a lot. Everytime i go to watch or read anything ive purchased for my child it goes back to the icon screen. I just backed up my downloads and updated the ruckus program again and no change. Do something to restore this site or give me my money back pronto!

In 2013 I purchased 2 books in he standalone transformer prime app. Now I can no longer access them and I have to repurchase them on this combined book app according to the FAQ. I refuse to spend another dime with Ruckus. I wouldn't want to lose any other purchases when they decide to revamp the app again. I will stick to purchasing physical copies of books for my son. He loved it when it worked and now we are both so very disappointed.

This is probably the best app of all time. I had a C in l.a but after a month with these app, my grade improved to an A


Worst customer service ever

Content that is downloaded only works for the current login session, so you can't download material and then access it when not in wifi range. I'm giving it 1 star mostly because their billing policy is deceiving. I bought a 12-month membership for $50. Then they charged me $50 for 2 more months in a row. Apparently when you buy the yearly plan, you have to cancel the recurring monthly payments after the first month, which they don't tell you about. I can't get anyone to email me back from customer service so now I'm out an extra $100 for an app that we don't even use. Poor customer service and poor user design.

We had the prior company version downloaded months ago. I opted out of the purchase after trying it, my son found it boring and it tended to crash. Now months later I got hit with an auto renew and I can't get a in contact with customer service to unsubscribe. Thankfully, iTunes is wise to the issue and is researching for me.
