Too expensive to even try. What makes this app worth so much more than the others offering the same services? You need to work on your sales pitch and marketing. I fail to see the value at the moment.

To charge a fee for services not tried out should really be taken into consideration. Especially when you are charging a fee over $100 something dollars.

The problem is, I could not access cellular data. Need to be connected to WiFi somewhere to have vpn running so no map data or if trying to use google maps, etc... text messages w a video attached took almost 5 days to reach me over 160 miles- snail mail faster. Rendered phone capabilities of being more or less my portable desk, useless unfortunately. However, customer service was always great and responsive within less than 30 mins so kudos for support! But if not in WiFi range all time, it blocks too much of my phone capability unfortunately:/

I honestly don’t understand all of the bad stars/reviews this is one of the best VPNs i’ve ever gotten it’s worth every penny!

I downloaded the app and created a password and gave my email address only to find out that to use the app there’s a purchase price. 7/17/19 Okay, I was sent an email apologizing for the confusion of the app and there is mention of a free trial for the app, I hope that they mention that there’s a cost and what the price would be before others download the app and create an account.

Rubica is unique among VPN apps in that it actually shows you what you are protected you from in the form of lists of ‘events’ that they proactively block and investigate. Their UI gives so much more information than just an ON\OFF button. They also evidently have a team of cyber security specialists actively analyzing traffic for suspicious behavior - seems like a blend of active and passive protection. Which justifies a higher price, imo They are also very clear in their Terms that they will never sell your data, which I think is also unique and shows integrity towards their customers’ security and privacy They could improve the stability of their connection when moving between WiFi and cellular networks. I also have more consistent problems connecting on certain WiFi networks. Rubica does block certain sites and app features which are safe, but this is common to all VPN apps. If they could improve here, would be a 5-star rating.

I’m so pleased to know that I’m protected when I’m online. Rubica lets me know when attacks have been averted and it’s clear that without this service I would be vulnerable to frequent attempts to hack my devices. Everyone should have this, as it’s not a question of if, but when!
