• الاستفسار عن (المخالفات) ودفع الغرامات من بوابة حكومة دبي الذكية.
• الاستفسار عن رصيد بطاقة نول وإعادة شحنها والاطلاع على المعاملات الماضية بالإضافة إلى تاريخ الرحلة.

• ممارسة الاختبار النظري، التي تعرّف السائقين بالاختبار النظري لتطبيق هيئة الطرق والمواصلات.
• الإبحار للعثور على مراكز إسعاد المتعاملين باستخدام الخرائط.
• معلومات مهمة حول خدمات الهيئة لأصحاب الهمم.
• حاسبة النقاط الخضراء للمستخدمين الضيوف والنقاط الخضراء الخاصة بالمستخدمين المسجلين، والتي تترجم توفيرا في الوقت وانبعاثات أول أوكسيد الكربون والتكاليف من خلال استخدام المواصلات العامة.

Always erases passwords and data after every update. Inserts erroneous info into forms and fails incessantly. Very frustrating.

Many a time while doing transaction on the app I’m seeing the error message” this transaction could not be completed since the server was not reachable” this means now I’ve to walk to a paying station to pay parking etc. Even to top -up the parking same error message caused me to repeat the top up multiple times, to see that process actually did complete but I’ve been debuted same amount multiple times. The process for refund needs letter from DSG for transaction and from teleco ( what’s the role of telco) when I paid on an app?? Seriously revamp your refund process and also get quickly to remove the bugs in your program.
App not opening

I was using this app from the start of June 2019 and from the past 2 weeks this doesn’t seems to open. When clicked on the app, it just shows the start up screen and keeps buffering. Please advise
App flaws and shortcomings

I have been using the app for several months and did not have the below issues till now. 1. Live agent chat does not work. 2. Does not have the options to see the history of payments done. 3. App recharge via credit card never works after 2100 hrs

Not user friendly. Option route is so limited. Sometimes don’t know where you are. Suggesting route when you’re not in that station. Good thing there’s a metro map on the station where we can make decision what connections we should take. Some suggestions will take you to ride a bus where you can actually just ride the train. Not that really accurate.

Good effort from RTA however this app has way too many bugs and refuses to work especially when you need it the most!

Now it is loading longer when you open the app even with the latest IOS and IPhone, the dashboard is showing blank page, you need to swipe to Salik balance or pay parking, otherwise there is no icons. Moreover, new update for the app provides a glitch which kick me out whenever I am trying to pay for parking offline. I do not always have data or internet access around me. And it almost caused me parking ticket because of this. It used to be very nice app, I recommended it to all my friends but now I can not do so.

Regardless of little things, this application is fantastic, not a strange from one of the most successful companies in the country. I’m proud of you RTA.
