I need help from staff

I recently have come back into the game. But seems I lost my account. How can I proceed with account recovery? I been inactive for around 6 months since they nerfed ninja. Now I come back and I cannot access to my account and in force to start a new one and the button to continue not working.
2x in the past week and a half.

I’ve had to reinstall the app quite a few times and quite frequently. Games dead but fun, only thing that I think would be an improvement; figure out how to add updates without needing the end user to remove the data and cache just to continue playing. Horribly messes with load times and makes people who want to join uninterested very quickly. Stop phishing for downloads and do what you need instead. 11/25/2019 the game will no longer open. Started on Android moved to iOS now neither play. Just bought 3 subs on 2 different accounts two different devices now $26 dollars down and the devs can only say “sorry we did this”. No ETA? No nothing? What happened? Whatcha doing? My money is in your pocket and my game now doesn’t work lol. Keep us updated. Once game is fixed I’ll fix my review. Edit to the above: Today being the following day Iruna team did have their game up before the evening, but, I will no longer be playing and I have charged back all my subs and purchased items. Some I didn’t bother with cause that’s greedy. But for a player base this small and how poorly they’re treated by dev team. I don’t suggest this game. After a day downage for multiple platforms they hush hush swept it under the rug like it didn’t happen. I don’t like people who play with the truth. Game play is fun game is ancient. Estimated to die in 2020 but has a player base of roughly a couple hundred(at max). I suggest the game if you want to know the Iruna story but for anything else there’s better options.
What is an adventure really like?

It truly was an adventure.. it was such a intense game, that my guild mates became my friends in real life. The game helped me build a passion for investing and now I’m a retail investor and so my dreams came true all because of the passion and the knowledge I got from trading with people in Iruna. THANK YOU IRUNA FOR THE MANY YEARS OF HAPPINESS THANK YOU BEYOND I CAN EXPRESS MYSELF!!!
Optimization needed for iPhone 11

I recently upgraded phones to the iPhone 11. Unfortunately, the menu and shortcut buttons don’t actually position themselves at the screens edge, making it look kind of messy. Please improve the screen display for larger phones.

the ine who lost it all
While I do love the game and it’s story, if you were to say lose your device and have to get a new one or uninstall by mistake; there is no way you can get your character back. One of my pals had decided it was funny to uninstall the game and now my level 354 dedicated healer is gone. Also if the character is gone but you put a bunch of items into a storage chest for all of your characters to use, then your out of luck on those items as well. I had a lot of great gear that boosted the mages powers to awesome levels....
The Grind is Real

The game is extremely good but there is a high learning curve and starting the game at first can be intimidating. Once you get the hang of things the game itself falls into place. Stats align with classes and effects the weapons you use, however early game it’s hard to determine how you want to build your character and why classes you even want to be or is in the game in general. I ADVISE all to research a little bit before jumping into the game. Aside from that it’s just a large grind because a lot of the bosses may require optimal gear or higher levels to defeat. Of course a good team would be recommended which is one of the highlights of the game. Iruna has given me the chance to meet a lot of cool people and social and just hang out and chat instead of playing the game itself. Whatever you choose to do it will be a great experience and a long grind. Prepare for the grind and overall enjoy the experience.

Yeah totally agree man too many prices have gone way up it’s freaking out of control. So move to toram hope it doesn’t end up like this. But in a way toram has also become corrupted by people giving away 10m etc of spina to players for their Facebook contact or selling spina. That is much more dangerous cause real information can be robbed and stuff cause too many new players may get hurt or scam.
