Amazing and Oddly Relaxing MMO

This game has a fantastic soundtrack, beautiful graphics, and well thought out quests. The community of this game are also very friendly compared to other MMO's I've played. I would give this 10 stars if I could!
Unfixed issue

During my purchase of 10 "storage space +10" items, the game glitched and i had to click purchase twice. I had 1000 coins but now my current coins box says i have -1000 coins (freaking negative ffs). Please fix this bug. Its preventing me from buying anything else in the shop If i may suggest, put a "refresh" on the coins or make it so that the coins reset to 0 after 30 days (instead of 180 days). I really look forward to some kind of help with my problem. Thank you in advance.

Super fun game lots of events to take part in and really enjoyable once you know what you're doing. Though some of the events could use an update. The experience events are really nice for those who are lower level but a majority of people are well over the limit to get the benefit of it. I personally think since the maximum level cap was raised to I believe 450 that the cap for getting the experience should raise as well. 260 isn't as high as it use to be now a days.

The game is amazing, the graphics haven't really aged well but don't let that stop you from playing. The only problem I have with the game is the horrible difficulty curve, sure you could ask someone else to help you but some people don't like to ask for help because they think they are "bothering" so called helper. It would really be cool if you guys would give out like 1 box outfit summon each day or something for the people who unfortunately don't have money to spend on the game.

Unless you want to be forced to keep an iPhone or android device for all eternity, I advise you not to get too into this game. I spend over four years on multiple characters, and probably over $2000 on avatars for this game. I switched to android and they WILL NOT transfer my characters/data. It's really stupid because that information is stored on THEIR servers. (Number 1 rule for games, don't give the client control over data that you don't want hacked) very unhelpful company, untrustworthy! I went from multiple capped/near cap characters to a single level 15, no gears no avatars no spina. Will not be playing anymore. I wonder if there's any legal action I can take against them to force them to comply.
