Do not buy anything from Brookstone! They are essentially stealing from their customers by selling products that have apps that have been phased out, rendering the product useless!! I have written letters and spoke to people on the Phone and no one can help!! Brookstone should be ashamed of themselves and I will never set foot in one of their gimmicky stores again! You’ve lost a customer for life! Read the other reviews, it’s all the same! If I can help just one other person, and hopefully many more to save their money than that is worth it to me as I’m already out the money! STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!!

The app dosent even work nor does the rover. We spent 30 minutes trying to get the thing to work but it would just keep blinking green. Please.. PLEASE spend your money on something usuful

When I open the app, it says I'm not connected, even though I know I am. I didn't previously have this problem, but on my iPhone SE with iOS 10, it doesn't work.

It doesn't work anymore since we updated our devices, we called cust service they said that they cannot do anything, we call the store they said that they cannot do anything, but give us the option to return it , with the old devices that they haven't been updated works perfectly , so we spent $150 for nothing! Thank you brookstone , the last time they updated the app was on nov 2013

The rover app and device need updates since iOS has changed. My son wanted to use it again and things no longer connect.

The app is design to fit from then iPhone 3G whole the way up to the iPhone 5S but how about a little update? How about if you make it fit on the iPhone 6 Plus and newer. In my case I have an iPhone 7 Plus and the app looks so damm tiny that I can't almost see the screen
