Paid Routesy Pro member, but app won’t unlock Pro features

I sent an email to support with my iTunes receipt for Routesy Pro. I’ll change this review once they fix the error (“purchase identifier was invalid”) and give me what I paid for. Update: I received a speedy reply to my inquiry with Routesy customer support. They’re working with Apple to resolve the unlock issue. Once fixed, I’ll re-review.

Told me to upgrade then started showing me ads

I paid for the ad-free version but after upgrading I can’t turn off the ads.

I just followed the steps to migrate from my paid Routesy Pro and I got the above error.

I purchased Routesy Pro several years ago. After the update today, when I try to activate the Pro version, it says my purchase identifier is invalid. I am using an iPhone 7 with iOS 11.4.

Won’t allow me to turn off ads. Turned to subscription based. Deleting and looking for another app.

Upgraded to the latest app and am getting ads. In settings, it says “thank you for purchasing Routesy Pro! Tap here to unlock your free Pro features” but tapping on it does nothing. And when I toggle the “Disable Ads” slider, it un-toggles itself and the ads still show. And seriously, I’m not enthused about the subscription model for removing ads. Charge what the app is worth up front and stop nickel and diming us to death.
