Bad timing and bad service (the trains)

The time is not accurate and sometimes just stop running services without notice. I paid for monthly tickets but it’s not worth it, I have to double pay for taking Uber, it’s made me go to work late sometimes.

Almost great... but sneaky “subscription”

Really liked the free version and wanted to support them... So I clicked through like any other app half paying attention while I was trying to catch a bus and didn’t realize it was not a purchase but a “subscription”. Now I am stuck trying to figure out how to cancel it before I get billed into perpetuity.

I’m happy to update your app, but while I’m in a tunnel with limited service I’m looking to get your info...not updating!!!! I use and appreciate the app almost always, but this is a major downfall. Will look for other options if this issue isn’t resolved.

The app keeps reporting Not In Service busses for Muni as In Service/arriving etc. makes it difficult to plan a route
What happened to the option to update later?

When people are in a hurry, and they open the app, do not force them to download an update before being able to see when transit is coming.
App still crashes even after latest update

I updated the app yesterday and it still continues to crash when I open it. Not helpful at all. Switching to a new Bart app.
