This app is a must for serious boxers. It lets you adjust all the intervals, warnings. Also it you train with headphones you can listen to you ipod at same time. Never crashed, does what it says.

Timer turns off the iPod. sounds and intervals are customizable. Doesn't run in background, does run in screen lock mode. If you don't need music, it is effective. Something like 500 rounds possible makes this useful for walk-run runners.
