Fun but not realistic

Bee_monk

This app lacks sufficient editing capabilities in order to scale your own furniture at home. I wasted a lot of time on this app looking for couches for a small apartment since the dimensions of the furniture were huge in comparison to the floor plan I made. Also, the measurements are in cm and mm, instead of inches. It’s a fun app for make-believe, but unless you’re shopping solely at Ikea later on, it’s not practical for a serious In-home designer.

It was pretty good. There is not a LOT of furniture but there is an ok variety. I’m not sure how to add windows or doors or how to add more walls. But overal it is a good app

Pretty good except for...

Go Go Gurlz

I love this app! I would give it 5 stars if i was able to turn the objects. I can’t turn it to face a different way! I can’t put an object on another wall because it won’t let me turn it around.

Effectively a paid advertisement

Did a lot of work on trial version to get my new office set up just right. When moving day came along (many months later) updated to a paid subscription, only to find all the advanced work was gone! (Base floor plans still existed but the plans with all the furniture - painstakingly custom crafted - was gone. Far in away the bulk of the effort) More to the point, if you are like me and don’t buy all your furniture from ikea, have a Lot of custom-built stuff, or misc second hand, putting in “generic” items is nearly impossible. You end up trawling through pages of branded items, with very limited search capability, to get something approximating what you have. A number of items I had in old “lost” design I can’t even find again! While I accept the convenience of being able to drop an ikea sofa onto your plan, this should be a fringe benefit not the core functionality - which is planning a space.

Very Useful

This app is very helpful. I use it whenever I’m inspired to make something new. There are so many pieces of furniture to choose from that sometimes I have to stop myself from getting any and everything that I see. I love the variety. There is always something to fit any style. I use the free version (because I’m cheap ?) And therefore I only have one slot that I can use to make a floor plan. Though I have recently discovered that if I use the ‘empty’ room type I am able to draw as many floor plans as I’d like in one slot. I’ve spent A LOT of time searching for a floor planner app but all of them had cons. Roomle is like nothing I’ve ever tried before; and as far as I’m concerned there are no cons to this wonderful app. If you decide to download this app I hope that you love it just as much as I do. Thanks for reading, and happy planning! ?
