Can’t get the ap to access my pictures so there is no point having the app in my opinion

Tried on phone and IPad will not showed up in camera settings to allow setting the app in use. Tried multiple times on multiple devices.

Photo will not save and say to enable location under camera setting, but the app doesn’t even appear under that as it says settings>privacy>camera unfortunately

I installed the app so it would be easier for me to measure a roof and the first problem I have is that it won’t let me use the camera so I can measure the roof I don’t know how to fix this I’ve gone to settings I reset my phone and it still won’t work how can I fix this

The idea seems plausible but doesn’t since the software doesn’t insert anything that would interact with the internal camera. I’ve addressed the issue with the support department each of the last three months without any response. Maybe they need to replace whom ever is supposed to be helping their clients.
