Camera problem – Roof Pitch Factor Review

I installed the app so it would be easier for me to measure a roof and the first problem I have is that it won’t let me use the camera so I can measure the roof I don’t know how to fix this I’ve gone to settings I reset my phone and it still won’t work how can I fix this
