Recent issues either didn’t appear at all or now only partially download.

I love the magazine but this app is worthless. Like others, I haven’t been able to read content for months.

Cannot restore my iTunes subscription purchases. I’ve been an iTunes digital subscriber for a few years and my subscription does not renew until Feb 2020. NOT happy

I fed adds but none of the content shows. I have tried to contact RS but no response. Worthless at this point.

Did the latest update. Cannot download issues anymore even though I have a subscription. Then I see the price of the subscription renewal jumped from $20 to $50 for the year. There is no way I’m renewing. Not worth it.

Been a user for years on an iPad. Originally a really nice design but then a few years back you stripped it down to basically a PDF of the magazine with virtually 0 functionality. It was awful. This new version, once I got my account problem as others have reported straightened out, is back to being a legitimate functioning interface for reading Rolling Stone again.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I didn’t receive my new issue physically or online and they sorry we’ll extend your subscription one month. I haven’t missed an issue of Rolling Stone in decades and their reaction is meh. I don’t know what ever happened to one of the most iconic publications of all time but evidently they could care less

I paid but can’t download issues. I hit « restore » but nothing happens; deleted and reinstalled the app; spent time with Apple support and emailed RS support. Nada. It’s a scam - money collected but no product delivered. Someone should file a class action.
