No realtime communication, no walkie talkie functionality... you can NOT 'talk to each other'. The NY Times review whose cousin said it was "worthless" is right. No way to delete messages. Every time you wake up your phone it replays a message.

Great for controlling the home devices when I'm out of hearing range of my Echo. Otherwise the app seems great, but imessaged/whats app and Snapchat all seem like they have similar functionality.
Needs better description

To use this app, you need to have a phone, plus the ability to receive texts. I was under the impression that it required neither.
