I'm so thrilled that Rocketmiles has such a user-friendly app. This makes it easier for me to continue earning miles wherever I am, for wherever I want to go! They have a great selection, not to mention great customer service!

I've earned over 300,000 points on Rocketmiles. The miles are real and you can count on it! The bad part is cancellation- you might as well forget it, once it's booked it's almost impossible to cancel it and get your money back. Also any help needed after business hours are done over email, and it can take a while before you get a response, there's no live person to speak with. - Buyer beware - Double occupancy does NOT guarantee double beds. Your best bet is to call the hotel directly and ask prior to booking.

I HIGHLY recommend Rocketmiles! And the iPhone app works great too! Super easy, the hotel rates are comparable and sometimes even less expensive than booking directly or with other sites, and you get THOUSANDS of airline miles for doing nothing else but booking through the Rocketmiles app or website. I am earning 10 times the amount of airline miles now by using Rocketmiles, and it doesn't cost me one extra penny. Free flights here I come!!!

Use them to make reservations thru to a hotel, they refused to change or cancell my reservations (due to death in my family with proof) nor would refund my $$ they blamed the hotel, spoke with hotel and they were nice and cooperative.DO NOT USE THIS CON ARTISTS!!!!

I got excited by the promise of points from RocketMiles when I booked 5 nights at an all inclusive-out of the country with my 12 year old daughter. 1 week prior I was notified via -EMAIL- in my spam folder that a mistake had occurred and we were actually booked at a different resort. Customer service offered 20% off to stay at the different resort or to cancel my reservations. One. Week. Prior. I called our hotel and rebooked myself because RocketMiles customer service said no rooms were available to them. Thanks for the stress and missing out on the 29,000 points your company advertised. I don't ever leave bad reviews but it was an anxiety inducting panic for an hour trying to make sure we had a safe and affordable place to stay after booking flights & buying passports, etc. one week prior to flying out.
