If you are going to require the user to sign up, you should at least support the native IOS feature to allow me to use Apple login. Also, no way to edit details on estimated payment calculation makes the guess meaningless and suspect.
Got rid of the best features

You literally got rid of the only reason I used your QL app; the calculators. No one else had anything g like it. They were flexible and I could throw numbers in and play with different scenarios but now you dumbed it down so much that it’s useless.

Haven’t bought a house yet but it shows me my credit which is also really cool but I will be buying my first home from here I do recommend
Useless app

The mortgage calculator was way better and easier to use. I will be deleting this app and rethinking my use of quicken products.
No substitute for QL Calc

The old QL Calc was perhaps one of the best mortgage apps / calculators. You could run the numbers in multiple ways and figure out what worked best for your financial circumstances. This new app strips most of the calculators - one wonders if the old app was just “too honest” and Quicken Loans is opting for a more limited set of financial data. This is not a mortgage app any longer, it’s a real estate app.

Since it can only find about 1/100 of the homes on the market it’s of little use. Better to combine Zillow and a mortgage app, like Rocket mortgage.

Map needs to be updated. Westlake, Florida doesn’t show up in map. Zip code takes you to Loxahatchee, FL . And the map show many areas under construction but the Community (The Hammocks at Westlake) is fully developed.
