No substitute for QL Calc – Rocket Homes Real Estate Review

The old QL Calc was perhaps one of the best mortgage apps / calculators. You could run the numbers in multiple ways and figure out what worked best for your financial circumstances. This new app strips most of the calculators - one wonders if the old app was just “too honest” and Quicken Loans is opting for a more limited set of financial data. This is not a mortgage app any longer, it’s a real estate app.
