Would not recommend their customer service for how unorganized and amount of times they transfer you only to stay locked out for months and them saying to be patient.

They put restrictions without any issue and asks all the documents and never lift restrictions even if you met all the requirements. I have been trying to reach them since couple of months for the same. No luck. Worst worst worst trading app ever.

Trusted but need more crypto, penny stocks

Of the three platforms I use I like Robinhood best but it is probably not the one I use the most, I like it best because I you got it right , you understand what info a rookie like me would want at my finger tips, simple & easy to use. I use other platforms only because I find that I need to aggressive with investing and I haven’t been able to find much of the penny stocks on Robinhood. Also adding more crypto would keep at home.

This app is like a rob. Margin calls are the worst. I am getting margin calls even though my portfolio volume is twice as the amount I have borrowed.

Be careful guys had my account locked in 2019 for over 3 weeks and no response. Then the application bugs which still happen till today yeah not very professional, unlike E*trade which seems to treat the customer with the most respect.

Robinhood is an app I’ve been waiting on for a long time. Until it launched just about every broker required some kind of fee, subscription, or % of each purchase or sale. Felt incredibly middle-man and expensive knowing my investments were going to be dinged due to the costs of using online brokers. I don’t have that issue with Robinhood. I do a ton of my own research and spent months learning before I bought my first stock on Robinhood and it was well worth it. This was during the first crash in March of 2019 and it could not have been a more perfect time to buy into the market. Furthermore, Robinhood has spent more time building assistance and learning tools for people new to investing and they’ve done a decent job or explaining some of the more complex topics on the app such as giving tutorials or explanations to things like Options Trading. I’ve made a large profit on Robinhood doing nothing more than buying and trading stocks/options and it’s helped pay for school and even killed a couple school loans. Institutions definitely have the edge in the market. But it doesn’t mean the average person can’t make safe and smart plays without having to go through a middle man or having a meeting with anybody. This app is fantastic I’d say for people in lower/middle class income. If you’re making bank you might want to look into a more traditional broker as I could see a world where a large portfolio or large gains/losses might be a hassle on the app. Always always always always be smart about your investments! Do your research into your companies.

So recently i tried to sell all my dogecoin but its only letting me sell $80 out of $1,200 i have. This might be because of the wallets coming. But what if i needed to use my money and i couldn't?
