cannot withdraw funds account locked

after completing an ACAT transfer, my remaining cash balance is stuck in the app with no way to withdraw because my “account has been deactivated”. this is a dangerous financial app with zero customer service available should something go wrong, be careful where you put your money

I used to love this app easy to use and free trades. But I bought a new phone and have been unable to access me account since, have sent a message every day Now for 9 days and still no help form what is arguably the absolute worst Customer Service in creation.

Robinhood is great app for new and advanced people both to have hands on marketing to learn how the market works. I did not know anything about the stock market when I started and now I have a pretty good idea of what I want to do and how to get there. Like anything when you put money on the line, it’s a gamble. If your new start small. Being able to hand pick your stock and buy as little or as much as you want is not only easy it’s convenient.
Give them a 1 for the sketchyness

THEY BLOCKED THE ABILITY TO TRADE IN GME, NOK, AMC and my beloved NKED!! They are fueled by hedge funds so look at Robinhood hurting us basic investors to protect their hedge funds.

Honestly a really good app!! Only downfall was the halt of GME but other than that a really good app and easy to use!

The application was one of the best until times got tuff and it fell under the power of the suits and Wall Street. Is was an unfortunate turn of events and was very sad to see. The app is the WORST thing I’ve ever had to deal with as an upcoming investor and I delta with tremendous problems as the application did many things that should be ILLEGAL but some how are “allowed” my stocks where being sold without me even wanting to sell them which is mind blowing and very unprofessional. Stocks where unable to be bought due to some B******* and in all I DO NOT RECOMMEND TRADING ON THIS GARBAGE APP!
