At first the product was hard to get installed. Directions could be better. But, they have an excellent support team. They are better or equal to any support people I have dealt with in a long time. They got me up and running in no time. I recommend the product and their support team!

I really like having Alexa in my car and connected to my automated home! I only wish I didn’t have to switch to the Aux input on my stereo when using Bluetooth to my radio. I assume if Siri works without switching between Aux and the radio that this device can do it as well, just needs a software update to do the same thing...hopefully this is something the developer will add as its not ideal to switch back and forth between the radio and Aux input every time I use Alexa.
Would like to be able to put an app icon on CarPlay

I love Alexa. Viva can be a little bit complicated to get set up every time. It might just be me. I would like to see the option to add an icon to my CarPlay.

Great product, this review is for the app alone. I have recently become obsessed with Anker and all of their products from chargers & cords to speakers and have yet to be disappointed. Until this app. It is a complete failure. It pops open every 5 minutes no matter what I am doing on my phone and won’t let me put in my Amazon account information just keeps taking me to Amazon.com.
Constantly needs to be reconnected to Amazon app

The app needs to be reconnected to the Amazon app almost daily now. Worked great for months but seems to have regressed on this point.

App is easy to use and I’m so glad that Anker/Roav released the Viva Pro with the aux connection option. We’ve had no issues using either app or device in any of our vehicles.
