No Spotify support has been added, even though it was promised over a year ago. Besides that product work fine for the price.
Updated firmware - now broken

Worked great for a few minutes until I updated the firmware. Now, it rarely responds. Returning it.

But it doesn't work like you would expect. First attempt took 30 minutes to get it syncd to my iphone 7+ Once I got it synced did 20 minutes of updates to my device and thought I was good to go. Day 2 with the device and its right back where I started. It sees the device and the bluetooth is connected but the app will not connect. I thought what a great Christmas Gift idea. Im glad I only purchased one. I will be sending it back.
Have to reinstall app every 4 days

Never fails, every 4 days the app quits working correctly and you have to delete it then reinstall

Look, it’s a great idea. When it works. This app seems to forget all settings every 3 days or so. It turns an annoying greeting every time you get into the car back on every time no matter how many times you fix it. It also doesn’t have Spotify support. Which they said would be available early this year. It is now December... nothing. The truth is this app is simply horrible and made me put a device I spent $50 on in a cabinet and forget about it.

The real Alexa devices just work. This works fine most of the time. But if you update the app there’s always setup you have to do over again and the interaction between the three devices (car/phone/VIVA) gets in weird sync states and stops working far too often for something you are supposed to interact with while driving.

Love this!! What I love most is being able to pick the music I want and like to hear Just ask Alexa ??? And I also like not having to go into my phone to look for directions Alexa is so much smarter then Siri.
