We've tried using this app and it froze over and over... When it works, it's great but getting it to work is the problem.

I Love this app. Just send to my drivers without extra call volume. Love the way it tracks and clears . Definitely the best version yet. The sound is awesome and i Love the print button. Fowler & Sons Towing Cowpens SC

This app is no good the last app wasn't 100% better. Lot easier to use a more accurate information Business was running a lot smoother with the older app

This app works but the problem is, there is literally inconsistent information included in the dispatches when you receive them. Particularly information being excluded. Here is one example: I worked a job last night that gave me an address, cross street, and in the comments section a second cross street to confirm. What I found out later from my irate boss was that the mile marker was (which was 15 miles up the highway in the woods) was included, but only in the email we received from Agero, NOT the roadside connect. Made me look like a fool. If it was up to me I would trash this app altogether. Unfortunately it's not.

Great app been using for couple week love it. Would be good to add few things but i hope that Agero IT working on it to my it even better. Thank you.

Can't assign calls to drivers

As soon as I hit the assign button the app shuts down. I am using iPhone 6S and 6 to assign the calls. Please fix this issue ASAP!! Previous version was very good. Update was not needed. Please fix the issue. Thanks.
