Send an eCrumb (electronic breadcrumb)
- Allow friends or family to track you while you’re out for a run, bike, hike, ski, or just walking the dog.
- Track your child as they walk to school or ride their bike to a friend’s house.
- Notify friends and family if you stop moving with the Stationary Alert Notification.
- Contacts can track your movement from any web browser on any device. They don’t need to have the app too.

Lock Screen
- Create a personalized Lock Screen that includes up to three ICE (In Case of Emergency) contacts as well as important health information such as allergies, medical conditions and blood type.
- If you can’t speak for yourself, your Road ID Lock Screen will.

Useful, but needs tweaks

This is my go-to app when I go on runs, but lately it will send the message to my contacts at the start of my run, but error out when attempting to send the message at the end of my activity—eventually, I have to exit the app and it doesn’t save the activity or allow me to reattempt sending the message. I use this app as a safety measure, so it’s vital that I’m able to let my emergency contacts know I’m home safe. Sure, I can text them separately to let them know, but then, why use the app at all? I believe in you all, let’s streamline this :)

Looks the service but can’t sign in as a new user

I love the service that this app provides, but I haven’t used it in a while and I forgot my previous login, so I decided to sign up as a new user. Unfortunately, the newest version of the app for iPhone leaves the “done” button under the swipe up area on my iPhone 10, so it’s impossible to press done after entering all of my information.

The route tracking is very inaccurate on my road ride. Recap shows a route I didn’t take. Stops sending progress to my wife on my mountain bike ride. Inactivity alert needs to be adjustable to higher than 5 minutes.

When it works, it’s great! Although after many tests, the alarm doesn’t go off for my partner. But at least they can track me when I’m out on my runs. However, this app often interferes with my other apps. I notice that when I use this with Spotify, it causes it to crash. Also, it sometimes doesn’t even work at all when I use it. Very hit-or-miss. My partner thought something bad happened to me today bc the app stopped working suddenly. It’s not really the type of app that has room for error bc it can really scare people.

This is a wonderful app that gives me security and peace of mind! However, I would love to be able to adjust the amount of time that can pass before sending an alert to emergency contacts. Maybe have the ability of 1-5 minutes of stillness? I ride my horse in an arena not in view of my home, and I feel 5 minutes (6 with the countdown) is too long to be potentially unconscious or worse before help is alerted. Other than that, love the app!

My wife and I used to use this app all the time, when she was out jogging or I was riding my bike... but it no longer tracks location like it used to. When sending out an eCrumb for a half marathon last December it showed me as stationary and/or not online to update my location. And just this week my wife went out in a run while I stayed home, and it placed her in Cincinnati instead of California when she sent me the eCrumb... it’s a great idea and it used to work really well, but until it gets updated to work with the latest iPhone software this app is kind of useless. I still like their physical RoadID tags, at least...

Doesn’t work anymore

I’ve used this app for years and within the last year or so it doesn’t work. It will notify my contact I’m going for a ride but will not show any movement and shows location as unknown but usually shows me stationary where the ride started. Sometimes if I open the app mid ride it will kick in. Does the exact same thing on my husbands phone. Was waiting for an update that would fix this but nothing. ?

This is a great app, EXCEPT you will receive so many ads via email after you finish your workout and during the week, you will come to HATE it. In the long run, I’m looking for a different app to do this. The app is “free”, but you pay for it in crapmail.
