It was easy and I received Amazon gift card

ShahAfrin

At first I thought it was a scam but this was a legitimate survey and you only have to answer question for 7 days. The questions were pretty easy and instructions were clear. At the end of the survey I received a 25 dollar Amazon gift card which is awesome!!! I definitely recommend taking the surveys.

Tells me code is invalid

Roscuro57

Tells me the code I received on my letter and the code I received in an email is invalid. Piece of trash

Needs fixing

FeChefNate

Whenever I attempt to join two trips with one stop it will revert back to the trips menu and not combine them. I end up having to just submit both as back-to-back trips and not one continuous.

Kinda Creepy

NorthlandBob

Overall the app doesn't seem too bad, but it continually prompts for access to Motion & Fitness data, which is really kind of creepy. The app already has full background access to precise GPS data, which is really all they should need... While I am sure that the Motion data would give the app slightly better results, there is absolutely no reason to access the Fitness data -- and since the two are linked, I don't view this as worth the trade off. Please at least give us a way to opt out of Motion/Fitness for the duration of the survey. Thank you for listening.

No Bike Lanes and No Battery Drain

AllByMyselfNow

I did not notice any battery drain on my IPHONE XR. Also am wondering if The Met Council members will all be having heart attacks when they discover from my rMove survey that I did not use any bicycle lanes or trails during my seven days nor did I use any of the unavailable Metro Transit services to go from my home to anywhere whenever I wanted.

Great app

KelseyJLynch

Easy and straight forward. Maybe takes a little more battery but if you’re using it for a weeks worth of surveying it’s really not a huge problem to accommodate. I actually didn’t notice the battery usage but I saw it on reviews. My smartphone battery life didn’t seem to budge any quicker with the app in progress. I enjoyed using it though, I thought it was interesting learning about my own travel behavior.

Thumbs up!

I used rMove for 7 days as part of a state transportation survey. There was a monetary reward for finishing out the week so that was helpful to the whole process! Since I don’t own a car I was more than happy to use the app to record my daily bike trips and dog walks in hopes of improving safety and upkeep of dedicated bike pathways, neighborhood parks, and to increase bike awareness on roads.

rMove Helps Community

Conztence

Appreciate this survey that benefits our community. rMove was a user learning process first day of 7 day recording. Employees are helpful, quickly respond to questions. I had a problem with an rMove employee unable to find my user code after I called. Also an employee called to say that I hadn’t submitted all my survey tracking questions even after receiving an email that stated my gift card would be sent for completing the survey. Fortunately I saved this email as proof of survey completion.

Great mapping of all my travels whether by car or my foot. The technology was seamless. A truly good enjoyable survey of my daily travels.
