They claim that they will pay you for this. When you finish, they thank you and tell you that you can now delete the app. No mention of payment whatsoever

I couldn't understand why my phone was at under 20% by mid-afternoon, and then saw it was the cause of over 40% of my battery usage even though the study time had not started yet. I had to disable location services so my phone could last the day. Also, the app gives notifications fairly often saying "don't close the app" even though it's still running in the task list. Sounds like the app isn't keeping itself active. I can't wait for the study to finish so I can delete this annoying app.

I downloaded this yesterday. It's asking for a code. No emails giving me a code. What's the deal?!?

I downloaded the app specifically to do a survey that recommended it but it's asking for an authentication code but one has not been provided. What do I do now?

Downloaded the app for the study and it started draining the battery quickly. I put up with it for the week long study and it got better, but I was relieved to delete it at the end of the study.

While I can't prove that rmove is the culprit - iPhone settings indicate rmove is active in background - and is top user on my phone Hoping the authors fix this soon!

Like other people have said, this eats away at your battery, even before the recording time has started. My phone has barely moved 40 feet since I downloaded the app... Surely it could be a bit more efficient at taking my location. I'm going to have to start keeping my phone plugged in overnight because I'm afraid it could die and not wake me up in the morning.

I appreciate that I'm able to provide details about how I travel to work and around town so that this information can go into city planning decisions. Yeah it took a bit to figure out some things (like merging route segments) but overall it was intuitive. Thanks!

rMove is used by the State of Ohio to determine how, and when, drivers use Ohio roads...mode of transport, time and length of trip, etc. I hope the information from the recent survey can be used to give drivers a better experience when out on the roads of Ohio. I do not work for the State of Ohio or the developer of the rMove app. I was a participant in the latest rMove survey.
