I really love this game! I’ve played for a long time but with the last update I can’t get in!! What’s wrong?? I closed the app and reset my phone but the problem persist... help!

I love this game. Very fun but this latest update has my game screwed up. It crashes as soon as it opens

There seems to be some sort of issue with losing the game. Since the new upgrade, I can’t even get the game to load, it just shuts down. I’ve got enough memory for the game but it’s just not opening up. I’ve put time and some money into the upgrades and I’d hate to have to start all over with the game.
