Upgrade made me lose 2 years of game playing

The last upgrade made me go from level 360 something to 10. I lost all my cash. All my points. All the extras I paid money for.. everything. I played the game in the morning. Went in the afternoon and I was at LEVEL 10!!! 2 years before with NOTHING. I played daily!! Tonight there was a ‘bug’ fix.. it didn’t get me back to the level I was at!!!

Updated game - started me back at level 1,!!!!!!,!

The developer needs to redesign this game period. Starts off as fun but get ready to pull out your wallet & keep paying. You cannot advance without purchasing cash (dollar bills) yer your coins keep stacking up which are useless. Need to clear a gate? Need to buy premium ingredients? Need to buy more energy (lighting bolts) Need to get just one more chance on your current level? Pull out your wallet! It’s never ending. Also you need cash to purchase ANY & ALL upgrades whether decor, uniforms, or speed. Recently purchased a mere .99 cents worth of cash = $10 bucks of game cash so I could continue on my current level. Well I got charged 3x contacted the developer and they asked for a screen shot!!! Seriously? ?? Real shady. Save your money choose another game. If I could give 0 stars I would. Again the entire concept is for this developer to earn as much cash as possible for an ill conceived game.

I want off level 523 and I want my dollars back. I paid to keep playin, the game froze and forced me to end. I wasted my money

I love this game but have many complaints. 1 it crashes too much, usually right after paying to get 30 more seconds. 2. Upgrades cost money instead of racking up points. Not fair. 3. Passing some levels require certain dishes yet that dish is never asked for. Not fair to have to spend money when the game prevents you from passing the level. 4. Too often the “people” are question marks, it’s too hard to remember what they want when one plays rising super chef 1, 2, and kitchen scramble too. I’m going to have to quit since I can’t afford to play anymore.

I started out really liking this game. However, as you move further along, the levels become impossible to beat without using dollars, which you rarely get. However, you get tons of coins that you can’t do much with. You can only upgrade things once with coins and then you have to pay a ridiculous amount of dollars to upgrade anything else. It quickly became a game that I stopped playing. ? Usually I really like cooking games but this one just isn’t fun anymore.

I originally gave this game 3 stars due to frustration from it crashing constantly and I would end up losing my lives. Only 2 days after I posted the review, the developer contacted me to try and fix the issue. So, not only is this a really fun and challenging game, but the team behind this game is on top of things! No more crashing after I updated my device. The support staff is awesome! I would totally spend money on this game!

I LOVE THIS GAME. However, there should not be a part two if all the levels have not been created as yet. It’s VERY ANNOYING to have to wait two/three weeks for new levels to appear... GET IT TOGETHER!
