Can’t get tones to sync back to phone

No trouble getting tones loaded to phone and I can see them on iTunes on my laptop, but it won’t sync back to my phones in tones. I did every step as instructed and it just won’t work. Help!!

This app is extremely easy to use, as soon as I got it, it took me all of five seconds to make a ringtone from a song. It gave my options of fading in and fading out and a pretty decent way to cut/edit. Very pleased.

Tried another ringtone maker which whose interface was incredibly convoluted and impossible to use...deleted it and got this one. Perfect. Loaded the same song I was trying on the other app, set the length and manipulated the song to the appropriate selection with ease. I am not one to download a lot of apps, but this was is really good for my needs.

I recently downloaded the app and I had no problem creating my ringtones with the music I already have in my phone, my concern is when I want to assign the ringtone to a contact it only saves the picture of a music note and not the ringtone, really wished I knew this so I hadn’t waste time in creating the ringtones
