When I open the App, it asks me if I want emergency alerts. I can’t select “No Thanks.”

iTunes 12.7 with iPhone 8+ won’t work with app instructions. To get the tones to your phone, follow the instructions up to the “double click”. Instead of trying to “open” or “open with”, just drag the file to the “tones” section on your phone in iTunes. That’s it - they’re now usable on your phone. App is easy to use with just a little practice.

No way to contact developer. Does not work anymore. Don’t waste your money.
