I have tried every method possible and lots of complicated steps to get a particular song created as a ringtone. No luck, just error messages. With this Ringtone Designer app, it took me mere minutes. I was like, wow! One of my main issues with iPhone vs Android is the inability to personalize. Now I can. Thank you very much!
