En vez de comprar targetas telefonicas , me cambie a esta app. Llamo mucho a republica domicana Y si te dan los minutos que ringo dice. Hasta ahora no he tenido problemas, ah si puedes recargarlo via paypal es mejor. Poque he eschuda que si lo haces con una cuenta bancaria a veces se recarga automatico, so para evitar eso uso paypal.

It's more than a year since I started using it but works fine 60% but they increase the rate every single month. I don't recommend.
