Cool but they screwed up

Cool and all the app is very easy to navigate, and I like the sweepstakes idea which makes this app original compared to its competitors. I can't actually use my points, because I have verified my email multiple times and it still says I need to verify it and it doesn't let me redeem my points. Very confused?

The app won't do anything now I having receive any surveys it use to say something went wrong on there end. I try to even redeem my points since I not getting anymore cause is not working but it won't let me and say something went wrong on there end try again later but no matter how much I try it just keep saying that

You get surveys daily but when you cash in your points for a gift card you never get the card. I even contacted Customer Service multiple times and never got a response. I wouldn’t waste my time with this app.
