I keep crashing

When ever some one uses a skill I crash, when I win I crash, I crash when there’s a moderate amount of troops( not even a lot)I loved this game when I first started because it didn’t crash so much (once every like 4 games) but now it crashes every single game I can’t even finish a match without it crashing. Seriously fix it plz

So, this game is very entertaining, and I adore the fact that each character has different abilities and skills. But one major factor of why I’m tempted to delete it is that crashes are frequent, even with lowest settings. I have lost countless matches due to crashes, and it is infuriating, to know that you were supposed to win a match but lost instead just because of this reoccurring problem. Other than that, the gameplay is great, and I would indeed rate five stars if the constant crashing is fixed.

For a F2P game it’s art design user interface and overall package is very good AAA I’m only a couple hours in haven’t unlock much I would recommend it ??

When I first saw this app in”Game of the Day” it looked incredibly interesting. I’ve always been a fan of fairytales, and this game fulfilled my needs completely for an entertaining story. I haven’t really tried games with PvP, cards, etc, but this game has basically been my entertainment for the weekend. Now, there’s just one major bug that you NEED to fix ASAP. And what I’m talking about is how often this app crashes and disconnects. At first, I thought it was just a minor problem. I looked up how to stop an app from crashing, and did everything I could. I restarted my phone around 5 times, closed the window for the app, deleted the app and redownloaded it (P.S the transfer mechanic is a great idea, thank you), and updated my phone to the latest update. But it just wouldn’t work. The app would crash when I was in the middle of a match, or when I was doing a Hero quest. What’s so frustrating is that I’ve been in so many situations where I was about to win the match but due to the app crashing, I automatically lost. It’s infuriating every single time, especially when you know what’s gonna happen; the (amazing) music suddenly stops, the characters lag before completely freezing, and next thing you know you’re back on your lock screen or home screen. I don’t know if it’s because my phone is kinda old (iPhone 5), but the app should be compatible with the 5, otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to download it. Please, please fix this bug in the latest update. It’s extremely annoying, and I see other reviews describing the same thing. Otherwise, this is a great game and I 100% would recommend this (minus the bug).

My team is amazing, and I’m just addicted to it. Five stars. I’m speechless. I’m normally suuuuuper stressed out by real-time fighting games, but this one isn’t stressful. Thanks!

Everything is so amazing in this game, the characters are so cute and full of personality I wish I could use them all. If there’s one thing that bugs me is that there are so many good players #letmewin
Unplayable after update

I got hooked on this recently. Royale with better art/aesthetic. As of current patch game crashes constantly, like 50% of matches. With 3 min matches, if you crash you lose. Support says its being worked on but for now don’t frustrate yourself

My cat tapped my phone during a youtube video while I was away and when I came back this app was being downloaded lol. Don’t know anything about this game but it gets 5 stars bc my cat likes it.
