IOS broke this app again

iOS 12.1.3 made it so my bed doesn’t even appear anymore on the iPhone setup. Reverie makes it so their remotes break after a few years of use AND the app doesn’t work. Never ever ever again will I buy a Reverie product. For the price I paid, I expected more from Reverie. Huge FAIL. Update: after uninstalling, rebooting, reinstalling, and rebooting again, the app works. Let’s see how long before it disconnects and stops working. Changed from 1 star to 2.

I would like to give a zero if I can. This app never worked. No customer support at all because they don’t even bother to respond my questions. However, the stand it self does works by the remote only.

Bad product and support

Bought from Bloomingdale’s a year ago and they offer a limited warranty. Reverie wants $250 for a new remote. They hung up on my wife when she called for support. This app is buggy and I have no confidence that bed might get stuck in an upright position. Product looks neat but is very unreliable and company is not standing behind it.

The bed has improved my sleep quality so much, then this app came along to make controlling the sleep position so much easier. Full adjustability and customization are key!
Update removed incline numbers for head and foot

I bought my Reverie bed because I have a medical condition. I always preferred using my iPhone as a remote for the bed because it indicated numbers for both head and foot, measuring the incline for each. That feature made it easy to try different settings from one night to the next, until I found what I needed for different situations. Now, it is gone, which is a bit frustrating and causing inconvenience. Memory buttons are fine, but the numbers were really much more helpful. PLEASE RESTORE THE NUMBERS! That is the key feature for me.
Works with Serta Motion Signature Bed

This remote app worked well with the Serta Motion Signature Bed (which is a rebranded Reverie model). The app is easy to use and includes four memory presets. You may need to reselect to the bed in setup if you leave the bedroom. The bluetooth range is not far. Also, iOS 8 broke the number indicators for foot and head values in massage and position.
