Incorrect Stats

I started TikTok this year (2020) so all of my stats should be in the 2020 recap. According to Retroplay I only have 8.5m likes but according to TikTok (on my profile) I have 27m likes - my most viewed videos also aren’t correct according to Retroplay. I’d love to share this years recap but it’s a shame the app is so inaccurate....

i have more than 3 vids and when i try to enter into the snap shot and the other thing it says select at least 4 but only shows 3 of my vids and i cant even go to my account page because the screen goes white and doesn’t work every time

FIX THE CRASHING ISSUE ASAP
I just downloaded it and it won’t even let me spin one second on the app it keeps crashing can you please fix this
