I have 4 times the view this thing is telling me after my videos went viral again I keep checking if this thing is working and it’s not.. please fix it. I’m disappointed!!

When I type in my username it says it can't find me. I typed in other creators names and they didn't work either

worked perfectly fine until a couple days ago. you cant get anyone’s snapshots in 2020 and the highlight reel isn’t working

I have a lot of friends using this app and showing everyone their growth so I thought that I would give it a try. However whenever I put my username into the search bar to see my most viewed videos and to get a highlights card it tells me that no videos can be found. My account is public and I have plenty of videos made this year adding up to 3m likes. I just don’t know how to get it to work

i don’t know why with the new update they took away the feature to see your personal stats. so disappointing.

When I wanted to check all my stats it was from a few months ago not currently, it said my likes and followers were way way less then they actually are.
