It's Fairly True To 'Time Pilot'

Since as others have stated, you can't get a port of the real game from the early 1980s, this will somewhat satisfy fans of the original. I have some minor complaints about enemy fire (the color is sometimes hard to see against the backgrounds, and tends to issue with devastating timing, missiles have NO guidance and are a quick straight shot, so shaking them off can be a matter of luck)... Minor issues. Graphics are fair but could be spruced up a little bit, surely. The game controls well (for touch screen joystick), and the fire is just a constant stream instead of a button, which is just-as-well, really. This is not "Time Pilot", but it's not bad as a surrogate until someone at Konami wakes up and thinks to give us what we've always wanted - "Time Pilot" in your POCKET! FINAL NOTE: The price point should be more like .99 for the rough edges, and some AI problems the original never seemed to have, folks. That, or get back to it and issue us an update, please... I would love to change my review to 4 stars or more in the future. THANKS FOR THE EFFORT SO FAR!!!

Great new additions, but can't see how many lives you have. Just shows "X" in all three modes

This game is great! I play it everyday. It pretty much sticks to the original copy I played everyday in the arcades. My only two disappointments are; 1. I wish it had the original classic music and 2. I wish it had more boards within the levels. There are five boards for each level but the original has a few more.
I had to give three stars you’ll see why

So in retro pilot, why do the computers have to shoot up Close, Like I love this game cause it’s a classic but... at least pleeeeeease update so that the computers can shoot farther away please. Oh and please add 0 lives for nightmare please, please, please!!! Oh and this is added to the update lol! But seriously, please make the bosses a little harder cause every time I beat a boss, it’s a piece a’cake but do not make the Aileen More hard cause every time I try, well the computers too, they Always shoot bombs and they always chase you please make the same thing with the jets. But umm, I like your game and it was fair but the only thing that wasn’t fair was the Aileen’s and the jets so please update and I’m sorry I had to give three star but I still like the game so, practice makes perfection!!!
