Really excited to use this app, but quickly discovered it will not completely link or stay linked to my brand new ReSound hearing aids (Forza). Really disappointed!!

I also am having trouble getting the app to function at all. Since my audiologist brought this new tool to my attention, I have asked him if perhaps I don't have a model that isn't compatible with the app. Either way, it's quite disappointing that it seems dead in the water at this point.

App doesn't do anything. Would love to have one less device to carry around (ReSound remote) but this app is useless and there isn't any help I've found on line to fix it. Love my Alera 9's but this app stinks.

The App is the problem. I had no issue pairing my phone clip to Alera 9 aids and or my iPhone4s. At one point the aid showed an image were the relay was broken-phone to clip ok, but the the gearing aids to the clip was not. I repaired everything and the phone clip responded to my iPhone adjusting the volume. It's just that the App still assumes the aids are not paired to the clip.

You must also have the new made for iPhone Phone Clip from ReSound to work. It will not control your hearings aids without it. With the proper programming (from your hearing care professional) this works incredibly! It may not work with ReSound aids purchased from Costco.

this application requires the new made for iPhone phone clip in order to work with any of the ReSound wireless hearing in struments. the app is great, I haved used it on a demo basis in my office and it has many extra features than a regular remote control.

Chomping at the bit ever since the Made for iOS rumblings began last year. All I can say after Day 1 is that I'm a very happy camper. The Phone Clip + and Unite TV are working flawlessly with the Control app and my Verso 7s, and pairing couldn't have been easier.
