Hello I love the game but with this recent update I can no longer open the game. It makes it to the loading screen then it exits out of the game I have tried restarting the device and it still doesn’t work. Please help!

Great game i love this game very much it’s not too frustrating and very easy to play but after the recent mother’s day update the game does not load at all. when you click on the app it opens by then just closes again without loading anything please fix this so i can play again. i don’t want to have to delete the game then download it again because it will delete everything i’ve done please fix this.

This is a very good game not going to lie though. But the app crashes unexpectedly when loading the game. I updated it it still has the same issue even on my other devices

Ever since the update on May 10th I can’t even get in the game to play it. The whale shows up and then the app closes. Wet frustrating.

The app recently stopped working with internet connection. If my data is on or WiFi connected, the app will not open. Please fix ASAP. I love this game otherwise.

I’m writing again because, even after the update, the game still crashes on me before it will even open. This is one of my fave games but I’m considering deleting it because I am unable to play it. Like I said in my previous review, I don’t want to delete it then redownload it because I will lose all my progress. Can you help? I really like this game. It uses up a lot of my time. For the past few days the app closes on me. I’m on an iPhone. I have offloaded the app and reloaded it again but that has not helped. I don’t want to completely delete it and then redownload it because I will lose all of my progress. Also, is there a way to become friends with other players?

I really enjoy this game, but unfortunately with the last 2 updates I can no longer keep my game open. It barely gets past the loading screen before the game just quits. I hope you all get this glitch fixed soon. Thanks.
