Upgraded to the iPhone 8 plus and can’t restore my purchase.

Until the bug is fixed beyond the date of this post, don’t buy it. It doesn’t have iCloud support and won’t restore your purchases once paid for. Please fix these two things if there’s still support for this.

Freezes on Episode 2

Just when Hope rushes to the librarian office and shouts 2 times “Librarian”, the game just freezes just after the door opens. Very frustrating. iPad Pro 10.5 here. Restarted, did not help. Bought all the episodes but cannot continue because of this issue!

Please update , keep losing stats

I LOVE this game . Bought it on release and then bought the pass and loved the cliffhanger at ep 3. Waited and was excited about the episodes coming . I wasn’t disappointed with the episodes but couldn’t download five because switched phone so I downloaded the game and so I started from ep 1 and finished 3 . Started 4 and I was halfway , I wake up the next day and when I launch the app and clicked play game my progress was lost . I keep starting from ep 1 and sometimes it Deletes progress after 1 or 2 episodes . Please help and update this bug . This is a great game and my fav but please help . I haven’t even finished ep 5 without it deleting my progress

Lost save files, crash, large download etc

This game is really good so far and I say that because I have been trying to play this game on and off for years basically since it came out and it keep crashing losing my save files. I can never get past episode 2. And now I hear they are bringing it to VR. I don’t understand how you can move on and simply abandon this version and leave unsatisfied customers like this. I was captivated by the gameplay and storyline when I played it the first time so I bought the season pass (I never spend money on non console games but this felt to me like it was worth it) wish I never wasted my money. I really hope they eventually fix this version and do better with whatever versions they release in the future. This is very irritating.

Bug ruins game

A couple of years ago when I first got this game and bought the season pass, I played episodes 1, 2, and half of 3. Now years later I’m trying to finish the game and unfortunately I can’t because of a bug! My screen freezes on one of the cut scenes and I’ve tried just about everything I can think of to try and get the game to work but nothing has helped. I would have rated this game five stars in the past. It has an amazing storyline, characters, etc. but now that I can’t progress I’m forced to rate the game poorly! App developers please fix this bug!!

Game BREAKING BUG!!

I love this game and would really like to be able to play it all but I cannot get past a game breaking bug at the end of the 2nd episode!! There is a cutscene upon entering the stairway to the librarians office and it freezes every single time when she opens the door at the top of those stairs! I’ve reset my iPad I’ve tried to trick it by leaving the app when the scene triggers, I’ve reloaded multiple times and it still just freezes and sits there till I force close the app! I’ve looked for help online and found out that this problem is ACROSS PLATFORMS! The pc steam version has the EXACT same bug! I’ve found that it has multiple submissions into the support ticket system without any fixes. As a 3D modeler I understand games having bugs, bugs taking time to replicate and then fix and even shipping a game with bugs while hoping to fix them later. However a game breaking bug that is across multi platforms that has been brought to their attention by multiple people and has yet to even be acknowledged by them is unacceptable. As far as I’m concerned this makes the developers and publishers of this game UNTRUSTWORTHY!!! To make matters even WORSE I have now learned that they are trying to bring République to VR! Aside from this game not making any sense from a VR standpoint now we are expected to wait for another iteration of the game, that we will most likely have to pay for again, before they FIX WHAT THEY HAVE!! Why would we repurchase a BROKEN GAME??!! If you can making fixing what your customers have a priority then I’ll change this to 5 stars and might even buy another iteration!

Crashes during intro

It crashes in the intro every time as the name Jennifer hale plays on the credits. Unplayable because u can't proceed to the first save
