All the time problems with password, and possible to use. Not good!

I’ve reached out to them about their failing app and they haven’t even dignified my complaints with a response. The worst part is that I paid for the app In full and after getting my money the developer hasn’t been responsible enough to upkeep the app with the updates. Since the latest update the stalker feature is gone. One of the reasons why I got the app. Since the update I’ve had to delete and reinstall the app many times to even access the app. It kept crashing, it would ask me to enter my user name and password & it would let me in for half a second & it would kick me out. I am now scaling my complaint to iTunes and will try and get $ remainder of my funds since the developer has neglected their responsibility to troubleshoot, update, upkeep and provide adequate customer service for their failing app. I have made a note of the developer! Anything under this developer I will never buy again. Folks make a note of these scam artists and don’t waste your hard earned $ and your time!

The stalker sections aren't accurate at all I have people who I have blocked years ago and they still show up there, I also ran several experiments with a friend and I opened my profile from his personal IG and he never showed up as a stalker. Way to take your money doesn't sign up for recurring payments!

The app worked well for about 3 months. Restored my phone and then features were missing from the app....features I paid for. Emailed customer service 2 times..no response.

I made a three month subscription and it didn’t work. You won’t hear from them and won’t get your money back.

Logging you out, never updating, showing wrong reports. Looks like creators abandoned this app. Waste of time and money.

Hacked and unresponsive administrators

I would have loved giving this app a good rating but my instagram was hacked through the app (after paying $24 for the yearly service) and I contacted the administrators 3 different times through email and never received a response. I ate the charge and have moved on
